Hi i've been bowling for about 4-5 months, and after a month or two of bowling 14lb, i moved up to 15lb ball.
i am 5'7 and weigh about 143 lbs. I dont think i can do all the thigns im trying to do with the 15 lb ball, but i'm afraid of losing pin carry if i move down in weight.
so heres are my questions...
should i move back down to 14lbs? or should i keep training my wrist with the 15lb?
how big a difference is it between 15 and 14lb balls?
