Drilling Help
« on: March 14, 2007, 01:13:18 AM »
I decided to start up bowling again after a couple year on/off. I was thinking of bowling the regional season from April to March. So,I just got a couple of Columbia U2s, one that is pin in and the other that is pin out 2-3 inches, which one should I drill up as for a ball to handle more oil than the other. Also, if anyone has any drill suggestions as well for the either pin/in or the pin/out ball.

Thanks in advance

I think using urethane wouldn't be that bad of an idea on a regional pattern, should be able to keep your angles simple and keep all of the patterns playing simular. But to your question of which, pin/in or pin/out, I would go with the pin/out ball to drill to handle more oil.
