When someone says 4x4 or 5x5 etc. does this mean 4 inches pin-to-PAP and 4 inches pin-to-MB? I am trying to understand the lingo. Thanks in advance..

Well if it has a mass bias. The second number is usually mb to pap. If its not its usually cg to pap.
