Up the back layout

I need layout ideas for an up the back release. If I intend to do better on tougher patterns I think I need this option in the bag. Tried an up the back last night at the end of the set. Seemed to work pretty well, 2 strikes and a ten pin. Ball was a Fury at 500 surface, pin to pap of 5", pin 2" above ring finger, and mb 3" from thumb. The ball moved about 4 boards just before the pocket. I'm wondering if anybody has a favorite layout they use with this type of release?

Most have the cg farther away than the pin!

The up the back release supplies a lot of midlane.....this drilling takes it our to give more length.
