Anomaly Adjustments

I'll right lets talk adjustments..

I have drilled up a couple of Anomaly's and this is the word.

We have been able to use a light compound on the ball and bang away on fresh conditions. As the track burns up you will notice that you can actually play the anomaly like the particle vendetta. Allowing the the balls cover to burn up quick and play a fluff shot to the pocket. this will allow you to use the the track(lane) to bring the ball back in, just make sure you can control your hit speed and hit (on the ball).

Next, the Anomaly really loves to be played on wood. For those of you in wood houses notice that you can last for far many more games with fewer adjustments than on synthetics..What has been really noticeable is that by using a light compound on the ball you gain more control over the raw power of the anomaly (hook) but still are able to maintain carry.

Lets face it.. most of us aren't worry as much about how much a ball turns but would rather keep carry..

Play with the surface and notice that you actually have a ball with the skid flip (and arc) of a vendetta (all V's) and the control of an Element and Thing.

Let me know.. we here play on overlays for half the house  with track burnout and pure synthetics with no track burnout... so we get to see alot of looks in league each week...

Dyno Daddy,

Can you elaborate on "light compound". Why do you have to use the compound in the first place?

Hey guys!!
By light compound finish, you can go into you pro shop and ask for Storm step 1 compound finsh. What the c P. finish does is lightly apply polish and buff out sanding lines at the same time..This will give you the look like you have been playing on oil and the ball is staring to shine up..

It will allow you move in on the shot and hold your reaction a bit longer...the there is always step 2 or 3 (or equivalent)

Junior...
Try playing with a 1/4 neg label drill with a 1 to 2 inch pin and ring finger above the pin. If you can try hight top wt and watch the reaction with surface adjustment..I like low top even though I rev the ball because it allows me to flatten the ball out when the lanes break down!!

Let me know guys!!
