Only bad thing about the Anomaly
« on: January 08, 2004, 11:26:26 PM »
I still really like my Anomaly, it is working just how I wanted it to. The only bad thing I have found with this ball is that it tracks up pretty easy. I have maybe 12 games on the ball it is tracked up far more than any other ball I own, some of which have over 50 games.

This is not really bad thing, because bowling balls tend to take what I call "wear and tear". But I wanted to post about it.

If you have your Anomaly in box finish (dull smooth) it will show/pick-up more of what you call "tracking" because of the friction it creates,..plus the more friction, and dry lanes,..the more the tracking. A quick trip to the pro shop brings mine right back to normal, I use a light coat of rubbing compound, and clean it with a damp towel on a spinner...My black Vendetta that I have dullish shows the "wear and tear" more than the others also,...the shiny stuff hardy ever shows the wear and tear or tracking....
