Tour Ultras problem...

I went to practice tonight and pulled my Tour Ultras out of my bag and found that one of the shoelace eyelet's have snapped off. They are only 2 months old. Has anyone else had this problem? I think I am going to email d/t and see if they will replace them. $150 shoes should last longer than this. Seems like the older ones lasted for ever and these are'nt even broken in good yet.

I suggest you take them back to where they were purchased first, go through the chain they were purchased. If all else fails then call 1-877-828-7177 and ask for Dale gardner in customer service. I quicker solution will be found through a phone call
