Look for me in the upcoming PBA Tour! I'll be the guy in the back row with the foam finger singing "Take Me Out To The Ball Game" during the 7th inning.

from my convo with a hammer staffer he said the big one is supposed to be more in the midlane than the one and more overall in the backend also and pearlized possibly (not 100 percent sure about that)

Ron Hickland says it's a solid and is 7 boards stronger than the One !!

Yeah, it doesn't look that great, but I will be saving to get one. I'm so in love with my The One (sanded down), and I'd like another one that's got more polish on it.

The One is just an all around awesome ball, can't wait to get the Big One.

the big one is due out this week.  That is what I was told by my proshop guy.  He can order monday and I will have it this sunday.  Have to travel to get it.  But it is to be 7 to 10 boards stronger the THE ONE and it also has the big back end.  I have no idea but this ball seems like its going to be a beast

A bit more information.  The comment about 7 boards more on the backend from Ron Hickland is correct.  I spoke to him on the phone yesterday and he said the same thing to me.  I was also told balls will ship to the Striking Effects shop starting Monday and should be available to everyone by around Feb. 1-5.  They wanted this available before all the big amateur events in Vegas Feb 5-12.

I have The One now and absolutely love it.  I can't wait for the BIG ONE to arrive and see how it compares.

The Big One and the Road Hawg have been delayed until mid February. I spoke to someone at Ebonite/Hammer about this today.. Not sure where your pro shop guy is getting his info..

YOU ARE INCORRECT, I have talked to my pro shop and he talked to his distributors and they are saying that the Road Hawg ships to them on the 23rd and the Big One ships on the 30th. Therefore these balls are right on schedule, besides with whom did you talk to at Ebonite/Hammer that told you this information?

your right the ball is due out then.  I am supposed to have mine by sunday of next week. So whomever is telling you its delayed is wrong.  My proshop person alredy has mine ordered and will be there on thursday so I dont know who is telling who what.  But I dont know everything mine could be a special case who knows.

Just because its ordered does not mean the release date will not be delayed..

I also spoke to Buddies yeaterday and they also told me both balls where delayed until mid February..

As far as who I talked to at Ebonite/Hammer, it was a very reliable source..

At this point, we will just wait and see when it is released..
