I definately play no favorites here, but this is a difficult thing to decide.

This does not say verified anywhere in it at all, and with the folks saying I will take this slot and I will take that slot I can see where kidjete would believe that it was over on the 8th.

Just my opinion, and I apologize if anyone is offended by my statements.

I have a Rampage and Nemesis waiting to be drilled, and I'm going to save up for an Impulse Zone and maybe a Scorchin'.  I've seen 4 Scorchin's so far ... 3/4 are wow.  Just ... wow.  The other Scorchin' was pretty weak on the backend (reminded me of my Animal), but that's probably because of the low pin and longer pin to PAP distance.

This is a copy of a pm from kidjete:
"The dates are all in the post. The entry was filled on the 8th. I'll take my money back or my attorny will be contacting you and I'll end up getting a new ball out of this too. Call it childish if you want but that's how I feel."

This is another reason why i'm getting sick of this site.  I ran a straight forward drawing, no tricks.  I could have an attorney write up a raffle document and someone would still whine and cry foul.
The sick thing is that i'd return his money, but that wuld make me look guilty, which i'm not.
How about some feedback on this people...
Give me your thoughts on this.

If you decide to return the money, don't worry.  Nobody here will think less of you, it will probably be the opposite.  In a literal sense he was correct because you stated "the night after they are filled" rather than "the night after I verify all payments".  But we all know that if the opposite had happened, that is, if icetink's number had been chosen on thursday and kidjete's on friday, he wouldn't be whining and threatening to sue.  But double standards are fun....

No disrespect to the party that has a gripe but, my number wasnt the one picked. Oh well, I didnt win. In this raffle there is one winner and 9 losers. If it was ment to happen, I would have won the ball no matter what night it was drawn!!! Congrats to the winner!

BTW 4X4, I wouldnt return the $$.

My personal feelings are: I would NOT give him sh!t back. After he threatened to sue me over some BS. I would laugh at this little spoiled jerk. However, if you feel you need to return his $15 bucks to avoid his threats, then that would be understandable. If I were you though, I would post a thread in the feedback forum with that pm in the thread and warn others not to deal with him. He does not deserve to deal here after acting the way he did over it. He really got under my skin with this whole thing as you can tell.

I'm another that thinks the KID is ridiculous! No one can 2nd guess as to what numbers were going to be USED .. it was up to the person running the raffle to make that determination! If we didn't hear from him on the day he made the announcement it might have gone off the next day .. we could not guess .. it had to come from Im4x4nut! The THREAT is SILLY .. I would NOT return the $15!

I replied to " kidjete " stating that I checked the raffle every night.  I updated every night.  If any new contestants entered during the day I then updated them.  The last spot was filled after the Wensdays night drawing @ 7pm EST.  Pdiddy's payment was sent at 19:41:35 PST, which is 10:41 EST.  "kidjete" doesn't realize that I don't give anyone a spot until I receive payment and verification through Paypal.  That is just common business sense.  He also sent me a bill through Paypal demanding a refund.  That is very interesting.  I might start a thread asking for the most creative response to put on my reply to this indivual.  Come on people, give me input!

If someone elses number was drawn on Thursday and mine on Friday I would tell you to give them the ball because that's how I personally interpreted the rules.  It's your fault for taking people's cash and not clearly stating the rules.  When you are handling a raffle I personally feel that it should be checked and updated in the morning and in the evening solely because it's your responsibility to keep tabs on it.  I don't feel that only checking it once a day is acceptable with so many parties involved.  If you only have intentions of checking it once a day then you should have said the raffle will go off the drawing specified by you after all the spots have been filled and verified.  You should have never said the night after all spots are filled because you left yourself open to something like this happening.  Like I said before why would you not have just used the drawing after all spots were filled like your rules stated?  What difference does it make if the numbers were already drawn?  The spot was filled on the 8th and then you verified the payment on the 9th.  The spot wasn't filled AND verified on the 9th.  Basically all I'm trying to get you and everyone else to understand is that in the rules you said once the spots are filled the raffle will go on the next nights drawings.  You can't just ASSUME that people will automatically think to themselves, "Hmmm well the spots are filled on the 8th so that means we all have to wait to make sure everything is in order and the person holding the auction gives us the date of the lottery to go by."  If that was the case you should have just stated that in the rules.  Does that makes sense to you?  Of course I am pissed because I interpreted the rules differently than some of the others but that's only because they were poorly explained.  To go and say a post should be made in the trade section telling people to avoid me is absolutely ridiculous.  What exactly did I do to constitute being someone that shouldn't be dealt with?  All I did was express my opinion on how I felt I was screwed over.  I didn't rip anyone off or even anything close to that.  All of you can say it's only 15 bucks and I am acting like a child and should get over it.  Well if that's the case and 15 bucks is just chump change to all you please feel free to send some case my way since we are all millionaire here, right?

You are 100% right!  I didn't realize that because I have never done a raffle with you and you never stated that in the rules!

How exactly is this beating a dead horse?  For one im4x4nut made alot more public than he should have because in all honesty this is no ones business but his and mine.  If he needs supports from all of you to not give me a refund he is obviously second guessing himself to begin with.  It's not like I would have come back here after getting a refund and rubbed it in his face and drag him through the mud.  I haven't called anyone names, like some of you, I haven't stuck my nose where it doesn't belong, like some of you, and I surely haven't acted like a little kid, like the majority of you.  Jump on the bandwagon and tour the country for all I'm concerned, I don't need a bunch of cronies elephant walking behind me.

I don't mean to poke in here but ......

That just doesn't make sense because that would be a donation which would essentially make you $135 richer for sitting around and complaining.  I also doubt anyone on this site is a 'millionaire'.

Wouldn't that just be common sense?  Even on Ebay, say you buy something and pay with a cheque or money order for example.  They're not going to ship you the item without having the method of payment verified first.

Huh?  I was just pointing out that $15 isn't insignificant to me like some are saying it should be.  You went off on a completely different tangent.

Yes you're right it is common sense to not ship something out until it's paid for.  What's your point?  No one asked him to ship the ball out without it being paid for first.
