All should be 16# single drill unless noted.  Don't have PICs at the moment but if needed I'll get them just might take a day or 2 as they are at my dad's house.

Span should be about 4 3/4", I believe it was in good shape except some slight cracking around the thumb.  I'll double check it but I won't be able to till Wednesday night.
