Hello Mr. Bass

I have been using the Big Block Diesel for the past month.  I have used it on a sport series pattern, a house pattern, and also the PBA patterns.

I have to say that this is one of the best balls Hammer has ever produced.  It hits like a truck and shakes the pins up and keeps them low on the deck.

It is also a very forgiving ball.  I pulled the ball quite a bit this summer and it does not over react.  Sometimes dropping the shoulder and getting it too far out can cause issues.  Doing that with sport shots leaves wash outs and on a house shot will overreact.

Anyhow this ball has a nice strong arc to the pocket.  Not too flippy though.

On the sport and PBA patterns it is best used for the shorter oil patterns.  The ball does not have the ability to make it back in the long flood type patterns (40 ft and beyond).

I highly recommend this ball for both the house shot and some of the shorter oil pattern sport/PBA patterns.

Please note, I switch between this ball and the Dynothane AU79 on the PBA/Sport series league.  As the oil carries down a little I switch to the Dynothane as it goes longer and flips harder then this ball.
