You should get good length and a very hard move on the back end.  I have a trick layout on one of my NO MERCY'S.  The pin is high above and a little bit over right of ring finger.  The HART is left of my thumb but above it.  I get great length and a very strong back end reaction.  For me this is a great ball to use during the transition.

I HAVE a BW with this layout.  Pin to PAP is 5", Pin to VAL is just over 1", HMB is just above the thumb.  I also polished the OOB with factory finish.

This ball is very good with fresh backends.  On carrydown it struggles.   I like to use it on lighter patterns or places where the mids break down.

The ball like to ring dimes if the fronts are too fresh as well.

As for any "trick" layout, the ball can be very condition specific.  It may have a cool reacition, but get the plastic ready to shoot spares as well.

Trick layout is AWESOME using the Black Widow, Big Blue or Big Deal.  Just realize the Big Blue will be smoother because of the cover.
