BW bit layout-help

If I put the pin 1.5 above the bridge and the mas bias on the val what kind of reaction can I expect. Looking for hard snap on back end on norrmal THS. I have a high track, within 1/2 of thumb, 16 mph , 175rpms. Thanks in advance.
