Do you have your Doom drilled like this?
« on: July 06, 2006, 04:47:54 PM »
Guys as you know I have 4 Dooms.  I'm thinking of plugging one of mine and have it redrilled label.  Pin leverage and the cg on the grip center line.  I was wondering if any of you have your Doom drilled this way?

For me label layouts like I described give me good mid lane but are really tame on the back end and need some dry to finish well.  That's what i'm looking for but have never tried that on a skid flip ball.

If you guys have never drilled your Doom like this but have drilled skid flip balls with a label layout please respond with what the reaction was like.

as you know Chi, I have my Doom drilled like that (its currently in process of being traded for a Hawg Wild).  I really needed some dry conditions or fresh back ends to get that ball moving.  If I like the Hawg Wild, then maybe I'll go with a Hammer arsenal and buy another Doom (moving up to 15lb) and have it drilled stack leverage or 4x4 for earlier roll.
