COMMENTS
With the release of the Arson Pearl, which the Arson was a very versatile benchmark ball from the Hammer line last season, the Arson Pearl will NOT disappoint! This is the ball I was most excited about with the new current Hammer product line was released. The Arson Pearl compliments the Arson for when the Arson starts burning up or too strong when moving inside part of the lane. The Arson Pearl will allow you to continue playing the line that you were with the Arson and provide a strong backend motion that will leave the pins begging for mercy. For those with some hand, the Arson Pearl will provide you more angle to play the deeper part of the lane & will not stop turning the corner.
The matchup with the pearlized cover in the Arson Pearl, allows this ball to get through the front part of the lane with ease and the cover is still strong enough to chase the oil line inside if needed. This ball can handle the medium to medium heavy with a little carry down very well. I have tried a few different surfaces & like how easily tunable this cover stock is for this ball. touched the surface on my Arson Pearl with a used 2000 Abralon pad & lightly gaze the track flares to help the ball read the pattern better for my game. This ball is definitely longer & stronger than the original Arson.
For me the Arson Pearl was about 3-5 boards weaker overall than my Arson, but has a bigger backend motion (cleaner in the fronts & more back end movement). This ball fits perfectly between the Arson & the new Hammer Nail.
The release date for the Arson Pearl is Tuesday July 17th, so place your pre-order for this possible “Ball of the Year†as you will NOT be disappointed through your local pro shop!
