yo, i highly dout that it is free. The one that we host from ebonite and hammer all cost the person 20$. I dont see where they would do it for free, you have to pay for the lanes, and i dont think that the house would give up so many lanes and X amount of games for free.

Bowler- maybe the proshop is using it as a promo and paying for the lineage and the cost of the demo.   we have had Demo Days around here that were free.  If the house is not full and those lanes not used, then they would be happy to make money off of the snack bar, etc.

It's free. I have the flyer and spoke to the shop owner personally. Give him a call for more details. after 2pm. I would post the flyer, but I'm in class

Lane 27 is located in Stelton Lanes in Piscataway NJ, (about a 15 minute ride from where the US open was held last week). It's a fairly small house that mainly tends to family type bowling. Lane 27 has been there for roughly a year and is looking for new business. This is his second hammer demo day and he hasn't charged for either event. Mind you stelton lanes went an entire year without a pro shop and bowlers took their business elsewhere, so his business is fairly slow due to it being new to the area. And now Rob is here and trying to bring business back to the house. There are quite a few pro shops in our area, but I decided to give Rob a chance since he was in house. it's turned out to be one of the greatest decisions I've made. He works with his customers, wathces you bowl before you buy to try to get something that caters to your style, even works with you on prices to try to compete with some of the online deals. I've purchased the BBP, Big Block Diesel, BB spare, and other products. I'll take prices there from online sites, just to keep him current with what's going on out there.

In efforts to show my appreciaton for all he's done for me, I try to put the word out to let others know that there are still pro shops out there that cater to the customer. (not saying the ones in the area currently don't) but if your not happy with your current driller, check him out.

I've bowled in the Central Jersey area for as long as I can remember, and tried many of shops. I won't bad mouth any of them, but some shops just don't seem to care about the customer. I'm glad lane 27 is there for me and I'm trying to get the word out to make sure he has a good turn out for all his hard work.

So to all fans of Hammer in the area, I hope to see you there.

I've been to a couple ebonite demo days.  It cost 20.00, but you purchased a ball that day, the 20 bucks would be applied to the purchase.
