I have a few games on my hammer jacked and decided to hit it with an abralon pad to restore the surface a little. I hit the ball with a 2000 abralon pad. It looks duller than what I remember the ball when I bought it. When I threw the ball it seemed as if the ball was burning up early. Is this possible.....the reason I ask is when I go on Hammer's website it says that ball comes at 1000 abralon. So why would it seem like it is burning up at 2000 ?? Did that ball have a slight polish on it when it came new?? Any suggestions ??
