HawgZilla Cover: Is it oil absorbing?
« on: August 07, 2006, 06:55:07 PM »
I have seen a few topics discussing the cover on the Hawg series balls and no one really came to a conclusion on the cover on the HawgZilla. I am curious because I have personally witnessed many bowlers having One-death with their GB Ebonite balls. I am interested in the HawgZilla, but I need to know exactly what Ultra-Violent is before I go buying it. Can someone help? Is it an oil absorbing cover or not?

All performance balls absorb to a degree.  That's why plastic balls don;t absorb and don't hook as much.
Slower the oil is absorbed the less performance on oilier conditions
