HOT SAUCE LAYOUT
« on: May 01, 2010, 04:09:18 AM »
Any suggestions on a good layout for a Hot Sauce to be used on the second shift, or late first shift. I need something for the third game of our 5 men league that I don't have to fight to keep right of the headpin or move further inside then I like.

Looking for a smooth arc rather than a hard turn on the backend. Considering 5x5 pin up, and then adjusting surface as needed.

Curious about a 6 x 5 drilling or maybe even a weak pin under drilling.

Thanks

I have a Hot Sauce Pearl with a dual-thumb layout for my late leagues that works really well when you gotta get deeper inside & turn the corner strong. This is not a flip, but a strong continous movement in the backends.

Try to get a ball with a long pin (3-5" pin) - pin above your ring finger, CG in thumb quadrant of ball, with a hole 1 1/2" from the outside of your thumb.
Drill the weight hole 3/4 to the right of the thumb to get the thumb & side weight out of the ball.

This is just a suggestion as I LOVE my dual-thumb Hot Sauce Pearl.
Good Luck!!
