how strong is the Amp?
« on: May 03, 2014, 11:09:04 AM »
I've been trying to figure out how strong the Amp actually is.
I'm looking for something that will be stronger than my absolut curve but I want an asymmetric core so I'm ruling out the Hook for now and I don't have the money to spend on a deadly aim.

I'd be looking at a layout around 45 x 4 x 65 with a p3 hole.

Would a jet black or purple taboo work? Would change surface on jet black of course

Just bowled with a hot bowler yesterday he had one.

Except for a first game 183 he averaged for about 7 games right near 260!  A little training was administered to me!

The ball though Assymetric is very smooth and hard hitting.  I am sorry I didn't look that close at the drilling but our house craves pin ups and only a slightly strong mass bias just right of the thumb.

He was creating nice area and squaring up to the pocket very hard.  I will not say a lot of it was not him and some things he is working on but he has been on fire with this ball and some new practice thoughts for about 3 months!

A surprisingly strong almost solid type of Assymetric, I think a real sleeper on League Top Hats.

I have a Jet Black Taboo which was too jumpy for the condition yesterday!
