Just got my No Mercy = PERFECT SPECS!
« on: November 29, 2006, 09:48:33 AM »
Ordered on Saturday from Bowlingball.Com using their promotional codes and Googles $10 off gift certificate deal, total cost shipped was $85 (missed out on one other $10 off code). Anyway, not only was the shipping very fast but my specs were met spot on: 15.1 weight; 3.1 tw and 3 inch pin. Most importantly, the heart, cg and pin are in almost perfect alignment.

I'm stoked and can't wait to drill this baby up! Thanks to BB.Com for exemplary service!!!!

I ordered from those guys on Friday, and received my ball today.  Dead on specs, and the mb was kicked out to the right about 1" (Im a righty).  Perfect!

That's the MOST important factor with this ball.  Allows easy layouts.

Let us know how it works for you.

The more I use this ball the better I like it.  It's a real fun ball to throw.  It has excellent carry.  This ball knocks pins all over the place and seems to just carry every pocket hit.

I'm defiantly going to grab another one of these.

My first BW had the MB way off to the right. I wanted it drilled so the MB was just right of the thumb so because of the offset it resulted in 1/2 oz negative weight. We can argue the affect or not of static weights 'till the cows come home, all I know is that it reacts like a neg. weighted ball. Under the right conditions it has a hookset reaction that is just awesome and carries high hits like nothing I've ever seen before (since it's hook setting just a foot or so before it enters the pocket), but send it too wide and it never recovers.

At any rate, I wanted the No Mercies pin, cg and heart all lined up or it was going back and I got exactly what I asked for.

Chitown, are you throwing a Toxic yet?

Not yet.  I actually bought an angular one. The angular one is a pretty impressive ball.

I will probably end up getting a toxic, just not right now.
