Looking for help in ball selection for tournaments
« on: April 15, 2006, 05:32:43 AM »
I'm going to bowl in my state tourney for the first time this year. Finally have my average up to the mid 180's and feel like a belong. I'm thinking of using my hammers for the tourney. But I'd like some input on which ones to take with me. My choices are, The Road Hawg, The Hawg Wild, The Big Blue Pearl, The Deal, the Real Deal, The Vibe and of course, by Big Blue Spare ball. I'm thinking of the Road Hawg, The Hawg Wild, The Deal and The Real Deal and my spare ball. Any other ideas or suggestions?

Chuck

If it were me, I'd take them all. Sounds like you would have pretty much every condition covered. I will be taking the following to PA state tourney this year-
Midnight Scorcher, Diesel Particle for heavy shot.
Big Rig Diesel, Sledgehammer for med/heavy shot.
3-D High Rev, Power Diesel for med/light.
Don't currently have a ball for very light oil shot, so might have to polish up something if I encounter toast. Always better to have one however just in case...
