Taboo to strong for the house shot. what can i expect from a surface change to 4000?

It depends on a lot details on whether or not the Taboo will be too strong for the house shot. I know of a lot of people who have had tremendous success with the Taboo on their house shot and also know of a lot who say the ball is too strong for their house shot. So just depends on the amount of oil, length, lane surface, rev rate, speed, etc....

When you say too strong for a house shot what do you mean?  Is it too strong off the dry and hooks too much..?

Or it is too strong and burns up off your hand and doesn't hook as much?

The ball hooks to much off the dry.

it'll smooth out a little more, it wont read the midlane as strong and should take down the backend a bit.
 
even if thats too little bit, try keeping it a 4000 and put polish on.
 
and what type of bowler are you? (stroker/tweener/cranker)
      how fast do you throw the ball? (MPH)
      about how much RPM? 
      And what kind of lanes are you bowling on? (Old wood/Synthetic)

both mine are pin above bridge oob n polished one. the polished is longer n smoother than i thought it would be. sand it up to 4000 will help tame it a little...
