No Mercy Review

I threw it tonight on older wood lanes with a 38' house shot and a good amount of oil.  I will start by saying that this ball is not a hook monster like it is advertised as.  My 357 magnum had about the same breakpoint but cover 3-5 more boards on the backend and a much more pronounced move to the pocket.  The No Mercy had a soft arc of the point and when it hit the dry boards it carried very well.  When I missed left and put it in the oil, it sat and deflected off the head pin leaving 10 pins.  When I missed right it hooked much earlier and rolled out again leaving 10 pins.  I would be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed off of its first showing.  I will update throwing on a couple different shots.  Feel free to pm me if you have any other questions.

The secret is in the layout folks! I have a few balls laid out like the recommended hammer drillings and get the same look and reaction from the no mercy as I do my old stuff! Nothing special at all just like the famed ONE. It was all about the recommended layout. Dont believe me experiement for yourself. Find a similar ball and drill them according to hammers recommendation and whola you have a no mercy reaction lol. I was dumfounded when I laid it out, drilled it and looked at it and i be damned if it wasnt identicle to my vendetta particle pearl and ti messenger lol. Pretty much seen the same shape length and move throughout the lane with all three except the vpp was a touch smoother off the break. just a FYI not a bash in any way. To me its a gloriefied 135* and 155* layout with the pin 4 inches above the midline wich equalls flip/forward roll at the break! Pretty much have 3 balls now for the same condition.

My coach who is straight and fast drilled one close to the drilling above.

4 inch pin to pap and hart in track and said..."it's midlane...then massive backend".

It's hook in a box!  HE is NOT on their staff.
