saw blade

hey everyone....for all of thoes saw blade users out there, this one is for you. Now, the saw blade when it comes in box condition, its called matte, yet ive seen matte condition, and this is definatly not matte condition. Its not matte, but its not polished (compared to a switch blade). Anyway, i dont really know what its supposed to be, but i got mine used. ITs a test ball with a green pin, basically, it just goes longer than a real saw blade. I had put it back to box condition with polishcuz thats what it looked like. Well, with it like this, i was using it as my light oil ball. But just last week i took the shine off and brought it up to 1200 dull because in my heavy shot league, im not getting enough back end with my sharp blade. Anyway, now i can play the entire lane and kill the pocket. Has anyone else had to dull up their saw blades also?

I HAVE SANDED IT WITH 560 BY HAND.IT REACTS ALMOST IDENTICAL TO THE REAL DEAL,GREAT ON OILY. AND FOR A MUCH LESS PRICE! THE COVERSTOCKS ARE BOTH CUT THROAT. OUT OF THE BOX IT IS THE BEST BALL I HAVE EVER USED ONCE THE LANE BREAKS DOWN.NOT DRY BUT ABOUT AFTER SAY 2 PEOPLE PUT ABOUT 6 GAMES APIECE ON A PAIR OF LANES THAT WERE FRESHLY OILED.
