It takes about 3 weeks to get there from what we have been hearing from consumers.

I emailed them about my spare being sent. Got 2 emails back, one said 3 weeks after they receive they paperwork, but the second email said that due to the number of requests, it MIGHT take up to 6 weeks!  I just trying to make sure they got my letter with the info and that the US mail did not lose it somewhere.

I got mine Monday, 10/31. I mailed the form in on 10/17. That's about a week turnaround given time to get my mail and UPS shipping time from KY to NJ. That's darned good!

Can you request specific specs or do you get what you get? If I order the new Taboo in a 14.4 and get it, can I also get a 14.4 Taboo Spare or is it a grab bag, they send what they send without trying to get you what you want?

Mine had only a spot for the requested total weight.
I did not request a specific pin distance. I got lucky.
Since the ball is FREE, I think you take what they give you.

There is a guy on Ebay selling a 14.6 Taboo Spare starting bid $130.00, the box photo shows Pin of  3-4 and a good top weight, I'd think it would suck to ask for a 14 in 1 spot and get a nearly 15 or a ball that after drilling was a heavy 13.

Well I finally got my spare ball, almost 6 weeks.  Why you ask?  Ebonite computer via the UPS computer said that my delivery address was not valid. So, nothing happened. I finally got in touch with someone that would help me and they shipped it even though UPS computer said not a good address.  got it one week later. Now I can get it drilled up. If you having trouble getting it keep calling until you get the right person.
