Vicious Particle Pearl is a Monster!

Not the brunswick ball....but another beast in it's own right(not the columbia ball...lol).

I drilled one of these yesterday 5 x 4 according to my PAP(3 3/4 right, 1/4 up) which put the pin at level with my middle finger(had to drill through half of it) and the C.G a little under and 1/8th left of the center of grip.  To get static weights right and a more dramatic reaction I swung the LMB in the strong spot and left it slightly polished.

I haven't thrown a ball with this much backend since the Deal, but where the deal is strong and arcing on the backend, this thing corners off of the dry like it wants to chop the 1-2-4-7 off of the full rack.  It is that aggressive at the breakpoint.  I'm finding it has similar length to my Deal(drilled 4 x 2 1/2), but out recovers it alot sharper and is about 2 or 3 boards more on the backend.

There is a little bit of sensitivity in carrydown with this ball.  While I was able to use it for practice and two games in league play I noticed towards the end of the second game that I was getting a little squirt/wiggle down the lane and the VPP wasn't recovering as strong as it was earlier.  Carrydown city folks.  I switched to the Deal the last game to bail me out quite nicely and had 7 in a row before a missed 10 pin and a 3-6-7-10 split following it.  This is a nice 1-2 punch with this but would best be suited on a pattern that hasn't carried down or is not long in length.

I can't wait until Hi-Rev gets here so I can get something alot smoother with a bit more midlane to fit in that gap that I have, but not as aggressive as the Blade Particle(which I haven't found an oil spill large enough to throw yet lol).  I was going to just drill a Saw Blade but the High Rev just looks so sweet right now.  I'll let you guys know when one gets here.
