is anyone else having problems with their 3 ball hammer totes. Ive had one for about 2 months and the wheel fell off the the zipper strong broke, then i just got another one as a gift about a month ago and the entire zipper ripped off. Now i know they have a warranty to them, but does hammer pay to have them shipped to them, or do i just get stuck paying shipping costs to hammer themselves? to me that would suck if i had to pay to ship both bags back to them.
