Not knowing the total volume of oil I would go with something that is strong in the midlanes & continuous in the backends like a Arson Low Flare / Absolut Hook / Amp... then when you need to move in, use a BW Assassin or something you can open up the lane with....

Where do you get 36 from?? it is 39 feet. This is from the A22 machine. I cant answer what ball you should throw on this pattern. Since i dont know how you throw it, do you think Belmonte and Norm Duke throw the same ball and line on this pattern?? Give us some info if you want some help..

I'm sorry, I meant 33 feet.  I don't see any color between 33 feet and 39 feet.  Is there more to this than what I see?

The distance between 33 and 39 is "buffed" we dont have A22 at my center so i dont know exactly how this is done.

Gotcha, just confusing.  Plus I saw the other topic with the information.

Since I don't know how you bowl, I will tell you what I would do.

Start with a pin down medium oil solid ball at around 1000 grit.  I would try to keep my angles as straight as possible to start.  I don't want to have huge launch angles.  This will hopefully keep the middles lasting as long as possible.

Once that ball starts checking up, I would try to ball down to a medium/light hybrid or a pearl with some surface (2000-3000).  Still want to stay away from the middle as much as possible.

Once that option has been exhausted, then I will go to a medium strength pearl and start moving in.  Hopefully the middle is still there.  If I have to move even further in, then I increase the strength of my pearl.

If the tournament is a shorter one (<20 games total on a pair) then I would move inside a little earlier.  Also realize, the developed characteristics of the lane bed will be more prevalent when a center goes from days upon days of THS and then runs one day of sport.  If this was a multiple day tournament, then each subsequent sport oiling will be more and more difficult.

right handed
400-450 rpm
16.5-18 mph
medium rotation/tilt
