What would you like to see...
« on: August 06, 2007, 05:17:16 AM »
What cover/core combo would you like to see...current or "retired," or even brand new stuff...These post are always fun, and who knows, someone in the right position at Hammer/Ebonite might look at our posts and make something happen...? never know. anyway, my vote is for a pearl no mercy. a REALLY strong pearl cover though. what do you guys think?

I'd like a ball with no core, and a polyester cover...to be more simple-a spare ball.

I'd like to see a Black Widow (solid) coverstock on a low flaring symmetrical core (Vibe core?).

Spare ball. And more options for dry lanes and short oil patterns.

So a high flare version of the Big Blue?  Oh wait... that'd be The Big Deal.

Exactly, but with a stronger coverstock.

you know the more i think of it, a re-introduction of the everclear would be pretty cool. although, it wouldn't hurt to make that hammer a little more....mean looking. kind of toy like back in the day if i remember right. i think over the last couple years that the customer's overall outlook of hammer has changed...it seems a little darker, meaner, and more aggressive. maybe an all black hammer inside a clear ball? just a thought.

Generally, a Hammer spare ball would be a cool thing. Either the BW spare (should sell well), or another simple design with just the Hammer logo, e. g. solid black?

I'd like to see a urethane cover back in business (e. g. from black Pure Hammer, or even older stuff), maybe with a Raw or Vibe Core, as an arcing light/dry condition ball.

I would like to see Hammer/Ebonite continue the Raw Hammer series for a long time.  I really feel their cores in this series are flat out awesome.  The DOOM and PAIN with their core and the TOXIC and ANGER with their's.

Raw Hammer Core with the NM cover.  I would also like to see a particle cover wrapped around a Raw Hammer Core.

Bears are Super Bowl bound!

I guess these will be around for a long time. They more or less replaced the Blades (*sniff*), and these were pretty versatile and at a very good price point.
I am sure we will see the current high end coverstocks on RAW cores in a while - and this is not a bad prospect
