Being a Cranker.. just as Chad (302efi) has mentioned that the balls doesn't move for him besing suck high rev bowler.. Since now I've been bowling on synthetic lanes and they are flood monsters i figure i can maybe drill the WC for Medium just in case of an Emergency.

Also, I bowl at Hudson Lanes on Wednesdays night and god knows how many times and amount of oil they have on those lanes. It's Ridiculous!! None of my balls hook at all from the Vertigo to Triple x to Trifecta and even my Red Alert!! What gives?! So I'm wondering if the Terminator will handle such conditions, where it's like bowling on a wet slip~n~slide. Or Should I just Redrill the WC for Maximum hook, Earliest read and sand that baby down?

Inputs would be great.

On a flooded shot you don't need more hook. You want early roll, control and hold covering 3 to 5 boards. Pin under ring finger with CG slightly kicked out will do the job.

Pin under ring is just a generic drilling...Depending on his PAP, that might be leverage or then again it might be weak.

truexmiracle, I don't know if you seen in my other post, but the Big Bang did move for me! Totally opposite reaction of every other Legends & Lanemasters ball I threw, lol

I think that I'm on to something with the hardness of certian of their balls and not biting the lane (no matter the coverstock grit) for high rev bowlers

Hand position for that is important too; keep your hand behind the ball and a straight up followthrough.

Personally, I think it's the roundness. Lanemasters/Legends balls are just too round for you crankers ....

I would try a Yeah Baby or an AP2 with a 4x3 drilling.Even a New Standard with a 4x3 drilling might surprise you.

Maybe try a Terminator.. drilled to roll... dull it up around 800 or 600..

LoLz... Charlest has been really funny lately with his post but thanx for all the insights.. I will put them into consideration.

But I have WC particle lying around in the house but not sure really what to do withit. should i try to drill it with a very early roll with a strong smooth arc or should i just don't bother and get the Terminator?

Yo "True",
IMHO, if you have a WC particle and DON'T drill it and use it, then you are REALLY missing out on a GREAT ball !!! That core is early-revving core for a strong midlane read and the cover can be adjusted for a sweeping, arcing hook OR for a bit longer and a bit of a "snap"; it REALLY depends upon what layout that you choose to put on it. I have one with the pin "in the ring" and had one with the pin above (replaced by the Terminator ... both were sweet and strong).
The Ternimator is a nice compliment to the WC because of the polished cover, BUT remember that it has a dual-load of particle (Evolutionary P2), is dweceptively strong, and reads the lanes very well too; if you have a "standard layout" that works for you, you could put it on both and simply "tweak" the ball reactions with coverstock adjustments and maybe a balance hole.
