Great Experience at the USBC Booth
« on: May 24, 2007, 07:46:33 AM »
A couple weeks ago I bought my first LM ball Yeah Baby from Hiflush (Thanks hiflush for the awsome ball!) I was so impressed with the ball that I wanted to make sure I stopped by their booth to tell them how pleased I was with their equipment an how I looked forward to purchasing another ball in the future. The staff there (Kent Wagner and his wife) was so professional and helpful. Kent actually took time to watch my delivery so he could help me choose the best ball for my style. I told him I was interested in the black Pearl and he agreed that would be an excellent choice. I told my teammate about my experience with my yeah baby and he decided he too wanted to buy a BP. I went to the booth and asked Kent if he could give us a discount if we bought two balls and he said no problem. He made time to drill up two balls for us to use the next day. This was the BEST customer service I have ever received from anywhere in my life and it keeps getting better. I had to bowl the 7am shift the day I received my BP. I was a little tired and hung over due to a little Reno night life. I didnt even realize I left a Dynothane ball on the ball return until the next day when I was checking out of my hotel. I went back to the center to see if my ball was in lost and found and it was. Now I didnt want to carry the ball back to the hotel without a seesaw so I went back to the booth and asked Kent if I could buy one of his he had for sale for $5.00. Kent told me he had an extra and just gave it to me. That was so cool. So now I had my ball in the carrier and I thanked him again. As I turned around to leave he said "hold on. A guy just came in here and gave me his Arrow ball because it hooked too much! Do you want it?" I was very happy to take that ball off his hands. I just had to tell everyone what a great experience I had at this booth. If anyone is looking for a great company that cares about us little people please try LM. You wont be sorry with the customer service or the equipment!

I'll post to concur with that; since I converted to the "L/LM" line exclusively last spring, all of my deals with the folks at LEGENDS has been top-notch !!!

I didn't buy a ball, but my buddy bought two from Kent.  They almost had me

I was most impressed with the help we got from Kent.  The drilling and ball price were really great compared to what I would have to pay locally.

my buddy and I both emailed Legends/Lanemasters to let them know what a great experience we had with Kent and his wife.
