As you know by now, I don't have one. I did have one.
Of the originals, it was the skid/flip pearl. Drilled pin over the bridge area, it handled medium-light oil and was very skid/flippy. Drilled pin under, it handled medium-light to medium oil and was more even, but still length with strong backend (Yeah, OK, I know of NO Lanemasters balls except the Straight Flush that did have a STRONG backend.)
Okay, John, you need a source of Lanemasters balls. As far as I know, currently THE SOURCE is Pat Duggan of BowlingBallMall.com. He has all the aold balls, if not all the weights of each ball. He is not cheap, but he is good and if you buy multiple balls, he gives a good discount. Call and talk to him. If you can't find his phone number, drop me a line. tell him I told you to call.
FTI Pat is the husband of PWBA champion, AnneMarie Duggan. They work out of Kansas. Brickguy1 (Jim) and Sixcranker (John) live in their neck of the woods. Jim has had balls drilled by AnneMarie.
Pat runs BowlingBallMall.com and other bowling "things".
