I agree with "Panic" ... any of the three would be suitable for medium conditions;

A Royal NOPE to that idea!
The Kong, unless you have serious revs or a high revs to ball speed ratio, is strictly for medium-light oil patterns.

The Masterpiece has Mega-potential.
I recently sanded mine (5"x4" drilling) to 4000 grit via an Abralon pad and it hooks as much AND HANDLES as much oil as my 2000 grit New Standard (4" x 5" drilling), with more flip.

The resin base on the MP has to be sooooo strong.

It may be THE Mega-ball of all Legends balls, including the new World Class!!

I would HIGHLY recommend contacting Galen at Legends with your "stats" (PAP, ball speed, revs, axis tilt and rotation ... if known) so that you get the maximum out of the ball that you decide on. The proper layout is very important to maximize the balls versatility for you and so that you get the best impression possible of this line of balls.

Having drilled and used 9 or 10 of the suckers, maniputlating the surfaces 6 ways to Sunday, the drillings for these Mega-Wonderful balls only has to be approximate, thanks to their symmetric and high-medium RG cores!

If you get a good layout, proper cover adjustments and a properly located weight/balance hole will fine-tune the ball reaction ... I would also recommend getting a ball with 2.5-3 oz of top weight and a 2.5-3" pin to work with.
 Hope that this helps and good luck !!!

Man, I LOVE this game; and I love it even more now that I'm using LEGENDS/LaneMasters balls ... hard-hitting, TOP-NOTCH balls !!!

Now you got it - the surface preparation and potential is of MAXIMUM importance!

Another critique from "The Master" !!! (Thanx for setting me straight again, charlest ... And I wasn't THAT far off if you stated that the KONG was best for medium-light (I stand by my opinion of medium and I have have great success with mine on that condition, BTW).
 I think that the MOST important step for this guy is to contact Galen and get educated to this line of balls.

Thanx Laybzz74 and charlest for the insight... But I'm not a pro bowler like you guys are so i dont really know how fast i throw my ball, PAP (which i have no idea what that is, revs, axis tilt... Although My average is fairly decent with 224 in my league for the past 2 years.. i don't hold it like the traditional bowlers... i dont use my middle and ring finger.. I use my pinky and ring finger... personally this gives me more of a hook and control of the ball.. I sorta cuff the ball and im between a cranker and a stroker... but i don't bring the ball back....
