on the legends site, go to tech specs.  highlight the ball you want and on the bottom left corner you'll see the that it saya "haus" diamond pads..then it tells you the step. finding these pads are hard.  i came across a website that has it but i was a bit too skeptical about using it.  $10 bucks a pad.  google it or yahoo it under "haus diamond pads"

Their basic procedure for most of the their "sheen" finish balls is to sand them to 320 grit with wet/dry sandpaper, to 400 grit wet/dry, to 800 grit with nylon pad, put a very high gloss shine on it with their own Factory Finish polish and then re-sand it with a 800 grit pad. When they're finished on the original stock balls, you can see some of the original shine, through the sanding marks of the 800 grit pad. So the final finish is not quite a true matte or dull finish.

I have found that Trizact pads, original used to modify the VERY hard particle in Brunswick Proactive particle balls (1997/8), do a good job on the diamond particles of the YB, the New Standard, the NS2 and the Big Kahuna.
