What arrows do you aim at when trying to pick up a 10 pin spare? I have been really struggling lately picking these up and i cannot figure it out.

I stand on the last dot and throw over the 4th arrow. Remember to keep the ball in line with your target. Hope this helps.

Just saying "last dot" can be deceiving.  Not every house has the same number of dots on the approach.  My hometown house has only 5 dots, while the house I bowl in out of town has 7 dots.

I personally stand left toe on the 35 board, and target the 20 board for a 10 pin.

Opposite for me as a leffty, but I move into the "Gutter" (boards lined up with the gutter) and throw right over the middle arrow.

most league bowlers( and many players who should know better ) do not stand far enough left for their right corner spares. go to a pba tournament.....regional or national. watch the better players. almost all of your better players stand as far left as they can get and target between the 4th and 5th arrows. why ? better angles and usually more oil in that part of the lane for skid.

I stand 2 dots to the left of the center dot and throw over the 16-17 board at the arrows with my plastic spare ball.
