2 3/4 top and 1 inch pin, help!

is this a good combination? i have a ball with these specs and dont know if i got trouble or good specs. any advice?
lets face it... this isnt deadlifting or picking up women.. its BOWLING!!!! Stop acting tough when you roll 4 strikes in a row!!!

what kind of ball and what do you wnat it to do.  those questions will determine how limited you are on the drilling, not bad specs for certain drillings

In that case, you're probably looking at putting the pin fairly high above the midline, even with or above the fingers.  With that 1" pin, you'll have a lot of finger weight.  You can either remove it with a weight hole in the positive finger quadrant or drill the fingers slightly deeper.  It's not the ideal ball for that reaction, but it should work just fine.

sounds like you have apin in.
have it drilled pin in line with your pap and ring finger.
than a bal hole will be needed.  about 1 1/2 down from you pap.
and the finger holes may also need to be drilled a little deeper.

Drill it pin 3-3/8" from PAP, cg kicked 45 degrees.  Double drill your ring finger deep and see what you have.  If there is still too much finger weight, double drill the other finger.  Add a weight hole if needed.
