Ankle Problem
« on: October 08, 2008, 07:33:43 AM »
I am having trouble making it to the line with my normal steps because of a right ankle injury and its really hurting my game.. I take 5 steps but its alittle off and I normally stand square with my feet together before the approach.  Also I am right handed so I step off with the left leg but with my right ankle hurting I really cant push that hard and some of my steps are alittle sensitive because I dont know when the pain is going to hit..

Any approach changes you think can help might save my season...

I have arthritis.  On days I bowl I take two Aleve at lunch and another two about an hour before I bowl.  The pain is much reduced.  --  JohnP
