Anyone hav a link to a Video of someone COnverting 7-10?

I just need a video clip of someone converting the big 7-10 split or the big 4.
Would be greatly appreciated if i could get this by sunday night or earlier.

someone put a video of themselves making one here once too with an eyeball plastic ball.

ill go get the televised 7-10s real quick.(since i put them up)
