Asymmetrics MB position

While I'm aware of the specificity in dual angle layouts,what is the general rule of thumb regarding the Mass Bias? I hear things like kicking the MB away from the thumb, keep it near the thumb, near the track, etc.

The drill angle controls the mb position.
