Blister on the thumb.
« on: July 18, 2006, 10:16:01 AM »
Well I went golfing yesterday and forgot my glove.  I said screw it because I haven't had a problem with blisters from golfing in a long time.  Well I got a blister on the inside side under my knuckle and I have a league tonight.  What should i do? Let it go and use a band aid or pop it and tape it?

no you dont have to pop it just put the New Skin on with the patch thing it comes with and it will sting for a minute, but your thumb wont hurt at all!

BTW i had a blister covering a lot of my thumb on the one side and after i put the new skin on it was better i was able to bowl again. i ended up shooting a 634 series, lol and the blister was at least a  2/16 ths thick too

nice.  If that doesnt work, im popping it, taking 4 shots of yukon, throwing salt in my eye, and then putting the new skin on.

pop the silly blister, just pokea needle through the skin and drain it. then put the new skin on. Pain is temporary, the bowling nights lasts 2+ hours.
