Haven't been able to access this site for a couple of days. Is he down for the count or just a temporary outage? Anyone know?

I'm in now. Adding the S did the trick. Funny though, I've been accessing this site for around a year now using BowlingBallReview without an S on the end. Must be a recent change, or something with my browswer.

Web sites can be finicky. I ran a Motorcycle web site for almost 3 years, and from time to time people would have trouble accessing for no apparent reason. All they would have to do to correct the problem would be to delete their bookmark / favorites URL, retype and reload, then everthing would be fine again. Go figure???

When people bookmark a site, the browser inserts the actual URL of the page they are currently looking at, which isn't always the home page, so if you delete or rename a page in the site, you can break someone's bookmark.

Also, if you use a default page like index.htm or default.asp, and then rename the default to default.htm or index.html, that will also break bookmarks.

Bottom line, if they had to delete their bookmarks to get to the site, then the URL in the bookmark was no longer available.
