Is BallReviews associated with BowlingChat? If not, it seems a bit tacky to promote your forum on another bowling forum.

I am not a fan of Mo's arrogance and knowitallism. I browsed as a guest and chose not to sign up.

Each product isnt for everyone, including BallReviews.

Our reputation for getting people great results speaks for itself.

Sorry you couldnt put aside your preconceived notions about one of the game's best.

I do enjoy the bowlingchat site, but Joe Cerar is terrible.  I feel his reviews in the Bowlers Journal are a waste of space.  If you really read them, all he does is repeat exactly what the info flyer on the ball says.

Hate those kind of reviews "Controllable move, keeps the pins lows, versatile, etc..."

Eric, I like the content of your site....lots of great info.

My eye sight can't handle the "green on black"  or the 2nd option (can't recall what it's called).

I read Mo's stuff...he's very dedicated to the game.

They aren't preconceived. I hadn't heard of Mo Pinel prior to a year or two ago. I feel like he talks down to people rather than talking to them as a peer. One member didn't have the specs that Mo demanded and Mo flipped his lid that this guy refused to answer "properly".  Not everyone has their rev rate, tilt.....

Thanks for the kind words Duke and Brick.

I want all bowlers to benefit from the experience at BowlingChat, and im willing to bend-over-backward to get the best members online there.

I've spent the last couple of hours customizing a "Lite" theme on BowlingChat for you and others that have a hard time seeing the darker theme.

Change your user preferences to see this theme, that may be a little easier on your eyes than the dark green on blue.

Disclaimer: Some members including Mo, like to use light colors against the default blue/green theme, so their colors may appear too light on the light theme. You may need to highlight them with your mouse to read.

Eric,
Nice job. Much easier to read, for people with limited vision.
I wish this site would do the same thing....
The grey b/g on this site is fatiguing....
I'lll spend more time on your site, bud.

Its the best bowling site on the internet. No one there will bash you or criticize you for your opinion. There are no attacks on Eric's new site.

I found Mo to be helpful. I don't understand the dislike of Mo. I presented a discussion of Conservation Of Angular Momentum and it was a popular thread without any b.s. One thing I was amazed at was the fact when I posted a negative review of the Jet ball here and on BBE I was hammered and criticized, but when I posted the same thing on bowling chat, it was well received for honesty.

I still do not see any moderation on this site at all.

are you allowed to promote your site on another bowling site.  That's kinda like a kick in the groin.

Bowlingchat.net is by far the best bowling site, ballreviews is a DISTANT second.  Yes, Mo can be abrasive, but he has more knowledge in his pinkie finger than most others have in their brain.  I'm spending a lot more time there now than here.  --  JohnP
