That's interesting. That's Amador County, which got out of the stay-at-home order on the 12th, but is still in purple, so they technically shouldn't be open (I'm just going off the covid19 site, not arguing politics).
However, last I looked at site, only two counties out of the 58 were in red (Alpine, Mariposa), and one in orange (Sierra), which both have nothing as far as an alley goes...
.. However, I see that Trinity County is in red, and Trinity Lanes is open in Weaverville (though they shouldn't be open until orange).. So this might be the beginning.
