OMG - I hate dry front head of a lanes..
Was wonder if I should keep trying to make adjustments or just purchase a ball with a long pin and let it work for me..

What would u do?

Loft or speed up (speeding up even has its limits...)

Loft will usually solve this but it can be a tad bit inconsistant. I would think about a urethane ball maybe if this is something you run into often otherwise just work on lofting the first 10 ft or so...

Your best off using your natural release and changing to a ball that goes longer and hooks less. You can loft the ball more and increase your speed, but why add more variables when you just can switch to a ball that doesn't hook. Unless you can't use a weak ball with your normal release, then add in loft and speed. I guarantee you will be more consistent this way.

I got an XXXL just for this specifically.  Never ever throw it, but have it in the tourney bag just in case an extreme desert awaits.

Go get a Tornado Warning or Scout, they will get through the heads. Columbia Freeze maybe, but they hook more that the other 2 I mentioned.

Thanks for your response and I have decided on going with a Tropical Storm with 4inch pin....  Then getting it drilled extermly long..  xxxl is great ball but I decided on this instead -- I might regret it later
