SunDevil polishing/resurfacing is a pretty easy concept. Polishing you are using small micro particles to "smooth" the surface and resurfacing uses large particles to "scratch" the surface.

MagicMike - 3.00 is a great deal for a sample pack because you get a 10% off your next order coupon. So if you order the One-Two Punch package you get 2.80 cents off. So the sample kit pays for it's self.

I placed an order for your "sample pack"...
I clicked on the "pay now" button.
Screen showed "order completed" but I hadn't entered any payment info....that screen never appeared!

First off, let me say thank you for everyone who has visited our website and poked around!

Duke, Our website had a paypal hickup around 7:00am. I sent you an email regarding the problem and how to go about paying.

USBC doesn't "approve" of any ball cleaner, they just deem them A. Acceptable during competition B. Acceptable for use before or after competition C. not acceptable at any times.

http://www.bowl.com/specs/ballCleaner.aspx

Snake Oil has been sent to the USBC to get an "acceptable during competition" label. Once it clears we will then print the acceptable label on the bottles and previous buyers will be notified.

As for Resurrection, we have decided to send it to get an "acceptable before/after competition." label

should take about two weeks to get the authorization, then all we have to do is change out the labels on the existing stock.
