I got a Awesome Revs...
« on: December 23, 2006, 04:39:30 AM »
Well I got it, my AR is 14lbs 5 oz, with 2.5 oz top weight. It says 4-5.5", I'm assuming that's the pin. Seems long, would that normally make the ball go longer, or what.  I researched it, and it says it gives the driller more options, but it usually hooks earlier.  I really want this ball to go pretty long before a strong move in the backend.  I'm thinking of doing a 1:30 drill, mb RIGHT next to thumb, pin above maybe 1 1/2 inches right over the ring.  I am rev dominant, 15 mph slow speed. I'm told my Pap is about 4 1/2".  I'm thinking the mb needs to be at least 6 inches from my Pap to get it to not check up too early w/my style. Can anyone elaborate more?  I have a thread in Morich already, cmoore's been great info, just want to get other opinions.  I don't wanna have to plug and redrill this ball.  I was told the Asymm flip would be too strong, and w/the mb only 3 3/8 away, I believe it.
