I usally have Metal or hair bands playing on the way to the bowling alley. Metal if it is serious like a tourney. Hair band tunes before league or for fun stuff

I normally have something heavy playing but it all depends on the mood. I play the intro track and the song (sic) of the Self-Titled Slipknot album to get pumped up if needed, but many times i'm just in a listen to music mood so its Foo Fighters or Tool.
