Loaded heavy oil
« on: August 28, 2003, 09:28:14 PM »
I have a question.  Would the phenom be a good replacement ball for my Trauma Response?!

Reason i ask is because i have a Response but i serioulsy dont like the way that ball rolls and i was wondering if the phenom could take in place of that ball and cover flooded lanes but with some one better look on the lane.

Thanks

I threw my Phenom last night on med lanes with carrydown and the Phenom was WAY TOO MUCH BALL. This is hands down the most aggressive ball I have ever thrown. I would say it can handle flooded conditions quite easily!!

How am I supposed to knock all 10 down with one ball?!?

If i did decide to get the phenom to replace my response which ways could i drill it up to make it quite aggresive to combat flooded lanes?

Sorry im not too good understanding the drilling sheets.

Thanks

I see a huge difference between these 2 balls. The Response rolls up much sooner. The Phenom is a heavy oil ball that tends to get down the lane further than most other heavy oil balls. I am one of maybe 2 or 3 people that actually liked the Response. Very controllable.

The Phenom will cover more boards and be stronger at the pins than the Response. But it will not be as controllable as the response is.
