Low track bowler

I am a low track bowler who has med-high revs, throws 18 MPH, and scores well-200+ yearly. I am hoping to rebuild my style to get better and would like to know the proper way to become a high track bowler or at least closer to my thumb hole? Any suggestions appreciated.

I have a lower track as well and if you are doing well with one, then continue doing what you're doing.
